Out of all the items that crossed my hands,
This was one of my favorites.

This is not a pvp bow.
This is not a pvm bow.

it doesn't really matter either way

he is a puppet
he was/is/will be someone else's puppet

he's not bright enough to do anything on his own

(and way too obnoxious)

anyone with a clue could have made something similar
in the last few days since he started spewing bs

either way, yes your bow is 20ias, but its not top dmg
and I specifically said thats what its about

but you know what!?
I can get back to you on that lesser dmg bows than mine with 20 ias
