also theirs one song that has one of the most dope beats i've ever heard, sounding like some old school kanye beat but better

You're lucky, I was in total pain the first week rofl. DOMS kicked my ass (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)

Even now my legs have been sore af the past few days because of my workouts going to another level.

Oh I haven't started their program yet. I'm just trying out some of my old football lifts, core sets and doing a lot of cardio. I get off work at 5, spend about an hour at the gym and then am home for dinner with the missus by 7:15 or so. Can't really spend too much more time there at the moment. Might start my office hours an hour earlier so I can leave at 4 and still get the workout in. Either that or find a way to be an early morning person and knock it out first thing after I get up. VERY doubtful that last option is even viable jajaja

More power to you, I couldn't do that shit in the am though. Bad enough to be up at 630 for work so evening time is the best. Wait till you see them results. B)

AM gym is totally worth. Once you get into the routine it becomes an awesome way to start the day.
