I've died more in tactics than any other FF game by a huge margin already. I've also had to straight stop and train boosting my jobs/lvl etc.. twice, which is just fucking weird and not something I ever do in these games until end-game. Loving this game and I'm glad it's a lot harder than most of the others in the franchise I've played but a few fights have realllllly pissed me off.
