Travelling everywhere, getting max level and all that shit was like 3 pages worth of material. That's why I said the pacing sucked. The first act was amazing. Tons of good details, great back story and already a bunch of action and then the second part is just rushed through. I mean I'm pretty sure he spent more time on the 1 game of Pac man than the second key.

That's it though, the first half of the book had me fucking hooked, and all the second half needed to do was keep me somewhat entertained and end well, which I thought it did. My vision of the party is epic (already see it'll be awful in the movie from the trailers), then the small portion of him being a bitch and him grinding was a filler bit, but then his whole plan to get in with the sixers, everything he does there from his preparation, once inside and the escape had me highly entertained, and then the last battle and the final gate was fucking epic, or at least I thought it was anyways. Once you know he's.going in, you can see most of the book unfolding, I knew what the Pacman token was, and I knew they'd use that bomb, but it was still an entertaining ride and conclusion.
