Well now is kinda too late... Diablo actually take longer to kill, I think its down to IAS bonus from Fana. ias>ed... Maybe if I ever get wield BEAST it will balance better... But freezing monster is real pain.
I think best killing speed I had with Obeidance merc / BEAST golem combo.
I`ll test it few times and see what is the best.

I can unsummon GOLEM but I will not do it since I have spend so many hrs playing and waiting for PRIDE.
I need a better combination

Yea beast is a must, what I think would be best is

You wear beast
Infinity golem
And pride on merc

merc does way more dmg with infi than with pride.

You wear Beast
Infi Merc
Pride Golem

yep that what iwoulda gone for too, guess he wanted to use hoto personal preference in the end

It's a pain in the ass to revive Udars when your golem keeps freezing enemies.. I use might merc with infi, hoto myself and beast golem.
