It's rhetorical. He then goes on to tell you what the answer is. It's not a discussion... it's a regurgitation of a sermon he learned in bible study.

...one topic that could arise out of these teachings is who will be residing on this new Earth . The discipline I follow believes that the Body of Christ ( those of us saved by Grace ) will have been removed from the scene prior to the Tribulation and that what occurs following our removal ( or Rapture ) will be the fulfillment of all prophecy made to Israel as part of their Covenant with God , a true Earthly Kingdom ruled over by their promised Messiah Jesus Christ , who they rejected the first time around .

When Will I rest in Peace? as in the final time I gather?

Hopefully some night I'll close my eyes relax, as the dogs snuggle in and the pain pills kick in and I'll disappear.

I almost died once from the bleed out on my brain, and I never want that experience again, that is not an easy way to go.
