She's got about 72k left from the donated money that she squandered and refuses to place the money in a trust for the children as ordered by the courts.... awesome, hope they take her money, put it in the trust for the kids and put them in a better family and prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law.

What can they prosecute her for though?

Would be great if we could put people in jail for being a cunt but... we can't.

Violating the previous court deals and the previous crime she was guilty of.
Charge her for the original child abuse, then violating the first deal, and then the second.

Taking her Kids away wouldn't solve the problem.

If she left her kids in the car for 4 hours she just stupid.

How do you Fix stupid? - you can't.

And she spent the money, but on everyday crap.

probably cause her BF was like

"Bitch i need cable for my Homies and access to porn so i need the internet ,
and I'm a Rap God so i need to record a cd so everyone will hear my genius."

This looks really bad, but honestly the money was gifted to her and her kids. Here she is someone used to living on the streets or in shelters. And then suddenly getting over 100k. it must have seemed like a million to her. If rent on her place you know she probably paid 1st. last. and a security deposit so there was 3ish k. right there, that's not out of line, She bought a car it looks like payments are hefty. But again I bet that 100k. seemed like a mountain of cash. same with the other sundries, if she has been homeless, then she is supplying a whole home.

Ok maybe her husband wanted to lay down some tracks because he's got some talent. Are you saying he shouldn't try, that he isn't somehow worthy of having aspirations or dreams. And she shouldn't help her husband follow those dreams because it just might inspire one of their kids to dream too?

$500.00 for groceries for a month is very fair, as was the $300.00 in clothing, again remember they were homeless, Having that much money thrust upon you after having so little has to be pretty intoxicating

Not surprised that somebody who has never had money doesn't know how to use money.

4k a month isn't hard to spend, especially if you see everybody else driving nice cars and eating good and whatnot and you're just trying to emulate people and be normal.

Private charity donations in cash to this woman is a silly notion and falls under the category of good energy used way too late. What would not only benefit this woman, but also everybody in her situation who wants to get a job but have children younger than school age, is universal access to day care.

Let the woman help herself, but throw a ladder down to her. It is the only thing a good liberal can do.
