you might remember this story from a while back where a homeless mother got arrested for leaving her kids in her car while she went to attend a job interview, there was an outpouring of support from the community for the shitty situation is in and back then i thought to myself it's a shame that people should be forced into these lose-lose situations but it's good to see the community come together to help these people

prosecutors were sympathetic and cut her a deal, all she had to do was look after her kids and work towards rehabilitating herself

once she got all the money she stopped making an effort to improve her life, refused to attend or even make call back all the job interview offers people helped her to get, squandered all the money on designer clothes and expensive food, internet, car, tv, rent(i'll cut her some slack on rent since it was only 1k but i'm sure she could've got a better deal) and spent part of it on helping her deadbeat spouse (who only came back once she got all the money) record a rap album

throw a little money at someone when they're desperate for help and this is what they do with it, this wouldn't piss me off if she didn't have kids she was supposed to look after

(now i'm not saying all poor people are like this since there have been quite a few stories of homeless people getting their shit together once the community helps them out, but seriously wtf is wrong with this cunt)
