Those who aren't aware, and don't care if they are offensive to people that may be different from them, are at best boorish but most likely race plays a part too. To be a positive member of society a person needs to have a certain amount of empathy for those that they interact with. Without the ability to be able to "walk a mile in another man's shoes" it will be hard to ever set up good honest dialgoue.

I was always skeptical in Sociology, but when I learned that my non-racial views meant I was just another kind of racist... I realized they were lost.  Liberal sociologists long for the days of blacks actually being held back. 

They are scum.  I've met plenty of Sociology majors who completely agree with me.

They want a continuation of conflict, so when there isn't any, they create their own internal racism to project on to others.

It is a sad display of desperation, they put a huge effort into finding a reason to feign offense, you have to hand it to them.
