Of course to each their own, I just think it's odd that people could care so much.

Adoption isn't the same for most people. People generally want their kid to continue their bloodline.

Girl is half Dutch. Her family would love the name, also, I find Lodewijk so much cooler than Louis or Lewis. Cool to spell at least, kind of difficult to say :lol:

Install good virtues in your child and they'll be able to deal with it. And eventually, they'll be really cool. Sure, stupid kids make fun of you for having a unique name in Grade 1 or 2 but by highschool it's a "badass" name.
