Zdps chars aren't going to use it, the proc is based off weapon damage. Nobody should ever equip a perfect rimeheart.

Going to have to rate the item 0/10 for bad rolls on an item you can't use. Nice find though... I haven't found one myself, only been given them by other people.

Thx for all ur inputs & ye i have figured also now from trying to make use of this proc that it can't really be done... :( Sad this was prob the thing i was most excited about with d3... Now i feel like waiting until they make this game bit more exciting
