well, if I would go blizz es, I would go no mb and with a cta warstaff to precast, but nothing more, would it still be viable? I would only play blizz if I could reach the right damage, otherwise this char is useless.

20cold mastery
20ice blast

xES -> you can put 0point in ES, so you don't have to skill CB, light, CL and tele, so more dmg, and get ES from 9es memory. or you can put more points for less precast but ofc less dmg.
rest in ice spike and then glacial spike
str for gear, rest energy. unless you went for 80% es or inferior, then you'll have to add some vita. The ratio depends on your %es, your gear, and your play-style


then you have to precast. 9es memory is a must. and you proly need more.

it all depends what ur dueling against
if ur going to just duel casters than you dont need block..most of games are casters anyway..

so dont say something isnt good when you dont know what your talking about, espeically if youre asking if a blizz sorc is any good in pvp when they can be one of strongest classes when played right.

In serious TvT everyone has stacks. And in a TvT you would need the MB. Not that good of a support char, at best they're very good at defwhoring with blizz in 3V1, but still, stacks>
