Dumb idea.
One, people can still trade items for items.
Two, scammers need to post threads to make trades to repay scams
Three, mediators handle the fg
Four, they need to post to bump their threads or their ft threads are going to be spammed every 4hours

Also vote no for reasons already mentioned.

And people are capable of changing their behaviors and making better choices.
Scouring everyone whose made poor choices is an extremely poor way to handle such things and you're merely judging them as 'bad' by doing so.

These people make mistakes as you would, and some actually take the lesson to heart more than others. Some of these folks you'd never guess were locked at one time. So it goes to show, you can't judge everyone by their actions.
