Friday started off great:
450 breakfast
Had a donut for luynch though :'( 220
Supper had some yorkshire puddings and ribs, id say like 2000
But then I drank half a bottle of whiskey and like 10 beers
for 3000
Started off strong, alcohol ruined the day

I did go for a 30 minute walk after work :\
Saturday:
Had a sandwich for breakfast at 300
Throughout the rest of the day I ate half of a roasted chicken for about 700 calories and some potatoes for 500
Had milk worth about 1000
2500, was meh. Couldve done without the milk.
Today:
Bacon and eggs for brunch, 900
Coffee all day, 600
Some roasted chicken, 600
2100 today, not bad!
