Yeah I played SnD exclusively almost in cod4 and mw2. I only play s&r in aw because my buddies I play with hate dying once and having to wait. At least with the possibility of the revive in s&r they are happy, and I can still enjoy a somewhat SnD type playstyle. Obviously in SnD I wouldn't drop as high of kills each game. Started off a game of s&r with 11 kills in the first round once. If that puts it in perspective better
