Its actually a huge thing in Korea, that may be what you are talking about. They're having a huge thing with surgery fraud with how popular getting that western look is.

Option X: Stop trying to conform to other people and be original. But it wouldn't matter, your options seem limited, and nothing I haven't seen a hundred times.
