i think u did the good choice, u got higher chance to do no get One Shot by mortar elite for example u cant dodge this anyway so^^

without the 6 crit - they would be a total waste

You were right to roll off the movement speed. In the long run, you should only be using Paragon points to hit the 25% base movement speed cap.

With the addition of paragon points, stats are relative. 1FRW represents 5 stats. 12FRW represents 120 stats. The vit on the bracers is 470 stats. He would be giving up 350 stats.

u dont need any vita on lightning dh (the only build they r needed for) also 120dex is better then a useless not needed stat

e: he wouldnt gave up 350 stats, cause vita is a wasted stat so he gave up 120 stats by rolling of ms
