quick update. deadlift is up to 3x8x275. I have been there for 2 week just to be sure on my form. This week I will be bumping it to 285.
Squat last week was 3x8x245 with a deep near atg squat. Before in January when it was 245 it wasn't nearly as deep so I dropped the weight back down to 225 and went deeper and started working my way back up.
255 will be attempted today. I'm finding I have the leg strength but the lungs are lacking when I go deep.
I am at 8x175x7x175x7x175 in bench now. Nearly up to 3x8x175 but not quite.
Diet seems to be lacking. Strength is improving, definition is improving as well while my weight essentially stays the same. I'm losing body fat while gaining muscle, but that is not my intention at this time. I just want to maximize my strength so I need to be eating more
previously injured hamstring is still getting stronger, which is great. my speed is coming back, but far from 100%
I have however skipped bis/tris the last few weeks and have also been skipping dedicated ab workouts for quite a while
