Cannot access xbox support because their site is going extremely slow the moment i log in. Every time I navigate to a new page it takes 2 minutes and after that duration I get this error:

The original problem I had was trying to update my payment information. My CC had expired and I have been trying to add new one with zero success, both on the console and online. Now only is the original problem not fixed but I can't seem to get anywhere on their site for help either. Extremely frustrating to say the least and I don't really know what to do. ANy of the support tabs that are clicked result in this timeout error for me.

Suggestions? I can't navigate their support site whatsoever. If i sign out it loads fine but there are specific points where you need to log in to get the support needed and when I do everything goes slow as shit.

Shut everything down unplug modem for 1hour and 10minutes, plug back in and see if it works.

it doesn't help me with the obnoxiously slow support site loading times that ultimately need to work if i am to get this resolved

Did you shut down everything that would be using the modems net before unplugging it for the time frame.

Yes.

And I am still getting the same error I showed above, even when I access xbox support through my phone (not using my home net)
