This is not a suggestion about increasing the inbox itself but giving more functions to it

You can make folders to your inbox
For those of you who doesn't know how can see this post for information of how: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=13568118&f=34&p=73871135

My suggestion is to be able also make certain users PMs go into each desired "box"

Like I want user1s message to go into the Inbox folder - user1 could be like a user you don't talk to on regular basis
While I want user2s message to g into the trades folder - user2 could be a user you trade with numerous of times

We should still be able to manually move PMs as well

Let me know what you guys think, please leave feedback when voting! :D

Just to clarify, you know you can manually move pm's already, right? :)

Yes
But this would enable to have moved automaticly by being able to sort a certain folder by users as well :)

OH OH, I get what you're saying now.
I like the suggestion, though I'm not sure it's necessary.

I think manually doing it is better than an automated system, as:

Automation by user:
What if a user doesn't pm you about "X" but gets filtered into "X" folder?

Automation by content:
This is similar to email services, and this can be quite complicated to get it even close to reliable.

 I'm going to not vote for now, but maybe down the road your idea will grow into something even better - in which case maybe I will vote yes then :)

I still think it would be more beneficial to be able to then move the message manually if that would be one out of the ten a user sends you :) Instead of having to move everything manually as of now
Just cause you have something in a certain folder won't guarantee you it will be about that and if it isn't you can manually move it out of the folder or delete by then :)

I honestly don't think it's needed

Let's see some more opinions about this :)

I think it could be really nice in the long run but might just be my personal preference :)

Your idea, could be possibly interesting with an unlimited pm box (or with a big capacity as an email adress), but with 50 slot, personally I don't see the interest. You can already move PM manually, and you need to clean your pm box often anyway.
If you have to move 3 or 4 pm, it will take a few secondes. Not needed.

Voted no.

Voted no. I don't find it necessary, but it is an interesting suggestion nonetheless.

Basically along the same lines as what Nico said before: we have 50 PM slots and the ability to move PM's and create custom folders.
You could simply sort all of that users' PM's into a custom folder - it is only 1 more step than them being automatically put into that specified folder.
