You need 64,8% ias with 50% TnT and 7% attackspeed on weapon. (1h xbow)
That's 20% from quiver, 9,8% from paragon and 5*7% from 5 items. If any item is not perfect, you have to get ias from 1 more source.

7 ias on weapon = 1.71aps.
2.77aps (sheet) * 1.5 = 4.155 = highest BP.
2.77aps / 1.71aps = ~62ias.
62 != 64.8?
48% TnT require 2.81 sheet APS aka. 64.3ias.

Gloves are perfectly fine and good.

4.155/1.48/1.6/1.07 = 1.64

so you should need 64% ias. You both messed up the math.
