If i buy unity on my profile, will my buddy be able to play it on his Xbox one if I make it my home Xbox? Like he is on his profile playing, because the Xbox recognizes the fame is in the console and the profile is there too? And I can be at my house playing it? Any help would be appreciated.

As long as yhe profile is on the console you can yhat profiles downloaded games on that specific profile.

He would have to be on your account therefore you wouldn't be able to.
