software bug is an error, flaw, failure, or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an
incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.

PHP, originally derived from Personal Home Page Tools, now stands for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, which the PHP FAQ describes as a "recursive acronym." PHP is an alternative to Microsoft's Active Server Page (ASP) technology. As with ASP, the PHP script is embedded within a Web page along with its HTML.HTML is type of markup the Account Settings page uses. So technically, it's a incorrect or unexpected results. Which falls under a software bug. (Not necessarily a .exe or program, but software through d2jsp's server, which leads to my conclusion,
a bug).
It's an unexpected result because it used to make sense in the past as when a Pop up Window used to show to notify you a new private message. But since njaguar has made changes and enhancements to d2jsp, there is no longer a popup window but now; a sliding bar drops down to notify you.
Example:
Which is not a popup, it's a sliding down bar, (otherwise AFAIK it's a notification).
