Usually when I order a beer, I pick the first thing I've never heard of. I like to try them all, but damn do I hate fall seasonal ales. YUCK!

fall season beers ( typically spiced ales ) are SOOOO easy to drink... love 'em! but then again, i'm a stout drinker ( Russian Imperial Stouts, to be exact ).

beer geek nation has hundreds of reviews on beers. usually if i wanna try new ones, i'll go seek out a few at BevMo, watch some reviews, and try accordingly. you can generally judge if you'll like it based on the scent notes, and taste notes that he is describing.

what ever you do, just don't drink piss ( aka piss lager / junk lager, aka Budweiser/MGD/Coors/etc ).

I've actually got 2 sam adams octoberfest in the fridge. I've tried the BM ones. Tastes like indigestion.

i'm broke, otherwise i'd have a few pumpkin spiced ales and a few chocolate stouts for tonight. but, can't afford anything atm maybe i'll get a Boatswain Chocolate Stout, last time i got it at Trader Joe's for 2$. tastes like a 10-12$ beer... excellent value.


btw, new season of parks on Netflix, just haven't watched it yet because a bunch of other shows just got updated with new seasons aswell.

Yeah, I've already blasted through it. I honestly thought that was the last season. Looks like they're working on a new one
