CoD is just recycled garbage.

So i hear this all the time.. COD blows, COD is bad, ok, i got it, COD sucks. (i've never played any of them). Whats the better alternative? I would venture to guess some might say BF2, BF3, or BF4 (i've never played any of them). But imporantly, WHY is it better? and my ultimate question is, what is the BEST? (games that have the genre characterisitcs of COD or BF games)

Anyways, best fps = Arma 2/3 (+ all the mods [DayZ overpoch hellllo] )

DayZ Standalone is meh. Still to early stage- Arma 3 Mods will trump it.

It depends highly on your skill level in online FPS arena games. If you're amazing at them, Unreal Tournament would totally be your go-to for real cut throat action (I used to play & gamble on the game, extremely skilled individuals can make this game hell)
Currently, Battlefield is great because it takes more skill than a squirrel has so it takes out all the shitters. Also can't "quickscope" for easy kills.
CoD sucks for the reasons listed above - takes zero skill as there's always someone 10x worse than you, you can do ridiculous shit like quick scoping, totally non-competitive outside of clan wars (OpTic being the big name here)
