The only amulet that should have CDR on it is the flavor of time. I would roll CDR off into 100CD. Also, 20% ele > str, and the secondary is bleh. Definitely no trophy.

I agree would prefer ele dmg chance ... I'd take these rolls on a correct hellfire tho
