There's 2 ways to run Win 7 AND Linux, (one or the other) at the same time...
1. Dual boot both OS's
2. Install one OS on one drive and the other OS on a separate drive. This method requires you to enter the BIOS at boot, to choose which "drive" you want to boot from.
/e When dual booting two OS's, on startup you are given a choice of OS's to boot from. The problem here is, that you C: drive is too small to dual boot properly. It COULD be done, however it would require temporarily disabling the Page File (Virtual Memory), then shrinking the OS partition to make room for a 2nd partition, to install Linux on.
Then, you wouldn't be required to enter the BIOS, every time you want to switch from one OS to the other.
