I have a eth shako with 211 def on it. Thats 141 (max) * 1,5 (eth).
A monarch can have 148 def on it. Does this mean that if i find a eth it will always be 148 * 1.5 or can i find low def eth monarchs too?

Nope, just because an item is eth doesn't meen its perfect defense or ed%. It can be any random stat & eth.

Just like non eth, different def etc. It doesn't mean youll find perf eth everytime

Its base defense is a random figure except when it spawns with Enhanced Defense.
