Not bad, but I like mine more, though I was stupid and rolled 2ndary (Didn't want + exp, wanted reflect help LOL, then discovered iron skin is op...)
Could have re-rolled str, regen, or phalanx. (ETC)... I personally like the additional 1.87 regeneration (10 from akarats + 1.87, I notice a difference)
I'll never find another one quite like it, I've been gambling shields forever.

Regen is a wasted attribute, considering if you played it right and weren't lacking in other parts, then you wouldn't have regen issues.
