I'd say police over reacting to a black male simply for being... what sounds like the average black male. And locking you up and denying you your rights apparently. Fits in the scope of police brutality.

Solid police work, is all this is, they detained a suspect, questioned him efficiently, and released him without charging long before the limit.

If he was guilty of the crime he would be arrested, charged, tried, and convicted.

I don't even think he made it to arrested, he was only detained.

while it is legal to hold a suspect for questioning without arresting them thereby not miriandaizing them,
not comparing him to the security footage is just very shoddy police work. He obviously didn't have anything
incriminating on his person and didn't match the footage. He should have been in and out of the station and handcuffs in minutes , given a ride to the impound lot
given a gas voucher and a big fecking sorry sir
