Neither of the two are "the allegation game." Both of them correctly characterize an event: Greg Abbott chose not to answer a simple hypothetical question. It's no different than Mitch McConnell and hordes of outside groups running radio and TV ads saying that Alison Grimes won't say who she voted for. They're the truth. The reason I found their inclusion particularly interesting is that they're so obviously different from the other examples, though it's a little concerning that you're unable to identify how.
