Need a animated avatar :)

First off would like to have that bouncy snowman I see all around these forums.
example --


-I would like to have my face put on it, like the one in the example gif above.
-Please use the one that is in my profile here on jsp.
-instead of him drinking the beer, would like it to eat each letter of my name (Ag3nT) one at a time.

Colors:
Maroon/Teal
660000 and 00ccff (The color codes)

If this can be done, please let me know :)
