Does any of these means that Europeans will have a better ping?
or will it still be stuck at 150 ?

Yeah probably, idk what html will do compared to flash, idk any coding or whatever lol.

I don't think it's the game causing the high ping. have you done a trace route?

It's probably one of the hops in between.
