This guy should be arrested, simply for being annoying.

Isn't there a fitness test for police? This cop is seriously fat. No way could he participate in a foot chase without having a heart attack.

I mean the enormous fat mound of blubber in a uniform is a total disgrace, in attitude as well as appearance... but this kid is following police in the hopes of antagonising them. Has he nothing better to do?

All the cops I've ever encountered are either meat heads in great shape, or obese mouth-breathers.

It was classic that the dumbass cop not only called him a mf'er but also threw his wallet at him..

based on the law, the fat cop committed assault , also the second cop didn't arrest him for it(the crime was committed right in front of him )

I love people standing up for there rights, maybe in the near future the majority of police will know they cant get away with $%^#
