Well that's how they get away with it, the low price.

They will advertise a good cpu, lots of ram (low quality), but to an uninformed buyer, they won't know the difference.

And in reality, they probably don't care or don't notice minor performance differences either.

Just realize that a lot of prebuils not only use lower quality parts but older parts. Parts that were once "good" but now frowned upon. You'll see 270x+ in crappy prebuilts in the future, and maybe even now. A lot of prebuilts will still get the job done, just not like how a computer enthusiast will like it.
