It is not good because there are better bows. For example let's compare Short Bow 200 Ed to Composite Bow 200 Ed. What will be better? Composite. Why? Cause better dmg
Let's consider your example. Cedar Bow 161 ed vs. for example Gothic Bow 161 ed or Rune. What will be better? Rune or Gothic!
