i have the amount of cdr i need with the items im having ..

no i think you are. who the fuck would want 8 cdr over 750 vita on a DH LOLOL

both are good/depends on gameplay, but without the ele arrow build, you cant pop smoke screen all the time, so vita might make you survive dots/jailer

e/ 750 vit harder to get than 8 cdr

Just rolled a 749 / 720vit 20/10 myself, very nice so jelly!!! A couple of top DH say though CDR is more important at higher Grifts because Vit becomes much less valuable since you get 1-2shot anyways when higher rifts. Getting sentries down fast is always better but it's a debatable topic

But like qwaze said both are pretty good depending on your playstyle / rest of your build
