Low Int... But dmg on the other spectrums' is top tier.

Secondaries are whatever but I think life after kill is overrated given that pretty much every mob you kill drops health globes.

7/10 int roll doesn't even place this in trophy room sadly. Usable by far, but nothing special.

8.5/10 for me, never even found a usable one, and the most important roll on the item is the elite dmg, which rolls from 15-30
