Whoever confesses that Jesus Christ is the lord with their mouth and believes in his death and resurrection in his heart will be saved. I believe that you are assuming that you will have time to acknowledge Christ before you die.

i believe it happened many times that someone decided to confess when they know they will die, doesn't look fair to me but i understand that God jugement has nothing to do with human perception of what is fair or not, in your religion and probably and many other religions too.

will improve their interpretation:
ask God to give of patience, tolerance and humility.

Do this every day of their existence will be free of imperfections.

or better:
the three behaviors to be a truly good person:

Benevolence toward all.
With indulgence for the imperfections of others.
Unconditional pardon the faults of others (and our)
