You guys are right, IDK anybody besides Ronnie who could influence Caitlin. Although it could be savitar using the stone to make K-frost think it's Ronnie, like when he made Cisco think he was talking to Ronnie. Same with malfoy & his sister.
The only thing we really know about the speed god is he's from the future & he hates Barry. I remember that one episode he was like "I'm the future, flash" What if he was saying 'im the future flash'
What if he's actually Barry from the future where iris was killed, which all came about because Barry went to the past, saved his mom & created flash point
