OFC that around ~65 level 500 Dex > 50 CHD.
Okay, Ill be serious. I did the math, and char with 9k main stat will gain ~5,6% DPS for additional 500 main.
Even with only 20% CHC and 200% CHD, extra 50% CHD will grant ~7,1% DPS. With 45% CHC and 350% CHD it goes to above 8,7% DPS increase, and even further with better stats.
So the stats you provide above either belongs to THE shitiest char on the planet, or you use dumbest online calculator out there.
On properly geared
LEVEL 70 char there is no way 500 main stat can ever compete with 50% CHD.
I calculated on my main Wiz that rolling Int on 1 ring & amu for CHC/CHD will grant me total of over 10% DPS boost, for price of ~7% EHP.
And Ill trade 10% DPS for 7% EHP any day
