maybe, in the form of being taken over. But he will probbly still interact with that parasite, as shown in the previews they seem to be a lot more intimate.

i don't think she'll get turned, if she does she won't be human anymore and see the MC as a failure and try to kill him like the others (since her brain would have been eaten)
like in the intro at the end we see the MC with a different look, perhaps he changes his image after losing her.

Yeah, a story like this one very well may be a tragedy, as the structure definitely fits. Not enough information to play on yet thought, lets watch and find out ^^.

After the first 20 seconds of the first episode I just had to see what was up with this show, so far the first 2 episodes are good and I hope it continues

hmm he hasn't fed yet right or did he actually feed on one of the last 2 victims?
