Hi!

I think the sword is more than a skillable item
in total it improves 27% the earth charms' damage, if only perf in apears on it than its only 25%
the life,mana, and minor xp and crit also gives some extra points to be useable item
i think its a 20-50fg item, but im not a pro PC-er...

for the charm, i think u had the pricerange from others

Cant pc the sword because i am Interest, but i would Pay more, compared with a skillable ^^
