Hello,

I'm looking to play a new RPG PC game, but to me it's like i've tried all the ''main'' ones, so if some people could suggest something I haven't tried yet, it would be cool :)
It could be ''old'' or ''new'', as long as the core gameplay is fun, graphics aren't the main thing i'm looking for in a good RPG. (ofc it's a +, but a good story and a good item/loot system is always better to me !)
It can be a single player only game or MMORPG i don't mind it, but it has to be free to play (do not want to pay every month to be able to have fun with it).

List of games i've played recently :

- Wildstar
- Diablo II / III
- Guild Wars I / II
- Dragon Age Origins
- Oblivion
- *Skyrim
- Mass Effect I / II
- Fallout III
- *Demon's Souls
- *Dark Souls I / II
- *South Park : The Stick of Truth
- *Red Dead Redemption
- *Uncharted II
- *God of War I / II / III
- Metro 2033
- S.t.a.l.k.e.r.

*These games were played on the PS3, but that's just to give you an idea of things I like. I'm only looking for a PC game, not PS3.

Thanks

If you've not played Path of Exile I'd definitely recommend it, its abit hard to get started (massive skilltree makes it easy to screw up your first few characters) but definitely worth it.
Its the game that closest brought me back to the Diablo 2 days.

I heard Torchlight II is like 4 hours of playtime, is that true?
The game looks fun and cheap to buy, but if it's that short...

i guess if u have already played tl2, u can rush one walkthrough on normal difficulty in 4 hours, with just doing the main quest
but
none plays on normal difficulty. i suggest to start on veteran at least (elite would be best, cause u cant change the base difficulty, but might be to hard as a start)
after completing the main quests, u can do maps, or increase the difficulty fo the next playthrough up to 5 times
i've played by far more hours torchlight 2 than i have played diablo 3, but i didnt really liked d3
a local gaming magazine estimates a playtime of around 100 hours

so i'd say u can definitely have more than 4hours fun with playing this game

From my experience TL2 is fairly boring, especially if you are going to play alone, in which case I would much rather play D2 single player. Main questline is quite short, side quests are only single quests, so no long side questlines like in some games, and the rewards are usually just crap.
Also, playing on higher difficulty level doesnt keep the interest up, as it doesnt offer anything but stronger mobs. So no higher exp or better loot. So if you are playing on hardest difficulty, this means you only spend awful lot more time kiting the mobs and getting 1 hitted by some.
For me it was well under 50 hours to finish the game thoroughly.

Just my two cents.
