Nothing to worry about. The United States, just like the rest of the developed world, has the healthcare infrastructure capable of dealing with Ebola. It can't spread in the US like it can in less-developed African nations.
Still not good, but don't worry about millions of people being wiped out.
We've seen that even developing countries with better infrastructure are dealing with Ebola well. Ebola spread to Nigeria in July and they've only had 20 cases. As soon as it popped up they immediately put into practice measures to prevent it spreading. If a rich developing country can effectively cut off the disease from spreading rather easily, a developed country can do it too.
The only chance this gets really bad for us is if the disease mutates to being transmissible through the air. Which biologists believe to be extremely unlikely.
