Obv it will have to be 400 x 150 @ 70kb or less
Leave your price (Paying 100 - 500)

e/ I DO NOT want my name in this Img/Sig/Gif
e/ and No the Bird doesnt have to be in the img (if you can fit him in, I'll pay more :P )

Best attempts so far imo (I like the quality)
I like the top one, but still, Iso more (Idk if it matters or not, file size wise that is, but the bird isn't a must)
(If its easier for you, use your own img)

is there any way to gif the gif run @ a regulr speed/frame rate? so it doesnt look choppy?

even if the img, is sorta like this one (Img starts with simpson in the background, and zooms in)

I do like hows ur is still a gif, instead of simply looking like your zooming into the img, as the img i referenced above...

well the choppiness in mine comes from the fact that I took out frames to lower the size, and the choppy is actually the skipping. The one you posted that looks like "zooming" is using fewer frames that are closer together so it looks "smoother"

Your gif is still way oversized at 141kb. You can see how many kb your file is when you save it in photoshop.

thats why I said " really difficult. heres one that wasnt under 70kb"

and then posted a second and said "heres another that is..."
