A man was stopped for a traffic violation which led to anal rape and forced surgery performed by police officers and doctors.

"In a futile attempt on January 2, 2013 to find drugs inside his body, police and doctors committed medical anal rape on Eckert six times over a 12-hour period: an initial X-ray that found no drugs (why didn’t they stop there?) was followed by two digital rectal probings and then three forced enemas, a second forced X-ray, and then finally forced sedation and a surgical colonoscopy. Result? No drugs."

Those exams are not considered rape. Rape is forced sexual intercourse. Misleading title and bullshit story. My condolences to real rape victims having the word tossed around like a rag doll.

But no cops or doctors were punished, giving them the green light to perform more heinous crimes.

...and so what ? The guy's probably happy as a clam with the cash . I get a yearly prostate exam and have had 2 colonoscopy's and no one has given me a dime .

Because people are actually supposed to be punished when they commit crimes!

All that bullshit wasn't free. Yeah the 1 guy got money and was compensated but the entire county paid for an excessive show of force by the 'law enforcement' agency.
The benefit of this type of thing could never possibly outweigh the cost i.e. you're never going to find enough drugs inside somebody to justify spending even $10k searching.
