for now its touch and go. with the bugs Carbine has had with the content drops and the "soon" to be merged servers, many people had found better things to do with there time than wait for Wildstar to settle down and work right.

Let me give you my experience: I played, and loved the game at launch. I quit after the first month, on my server there was hundreds upon hundreds of people in Illium at all times, especially near the AH / crafting area / etc. I used a CREDD a week ago, I literally saw 1 person in Illium.

Because everyone thinks that there is no players and quit, it will make the "no players" happen.

Many ppl coudlnt handle or didnt care to, the bugs and difficulty of the game.

I really hope that drop 3 will bring most or at least some of the players back.

I just played the trial don't have time to play an MMO so not worth paying for it. My friend said its pretty easy though to pay in game for your monthly sub.

The game isn't dead. Stormtalon is constantly doing world bosses, raids and dungeons runs. Queue times aren't horrible and guild recruitment is still climbing for us. Started 2 weeks ago and at 31 accounts. This is just by helping random people without guild tags. Play the game enjoy the content and make a choice for yourself. Once the move to megaservers happens then you can make a solid judgement call on how populated the servers are.
