In fact, you have to wait 5min after first 'not clicking', after 2nd one you need to wait 1h. Fair trade for me.
Anyway, this is just about good manners and some kind of awarness that you, as a part of community, need to figure out. We can do nothing about that. On steam web you can meet as many imbecils as during the road trip to work, just impossible to take care of. However, I have to say that i ve changed my behavior recently and i can face the russians, turkish and animal-brained player without any problems. You just need to be cool and smart.
