I didnt like the idea until I saw this. Making it a skill to level *could* be cool. Honestly its hard to fully imagine if it would help or hurt the game.

I would prefer a number box in the settings menu that allowed you to choose how many mobs can spawn at a time while you solo. (3 as minimum for any character that has mq'd at least once)

So like choosing 4/3 while solo'ing and say 5/4 in a two man or 6/5 in a three man? would be interesting... would make it a little bit easier as well.

How can it be abused really... I can handle 5 EPs by myself... my gear ain't hat hot at all?
You still level up the same, the droprate is also still the same... so how can you abuse it?

So... ppl have great gear... they can not increase the run, they can not control the droprate... how can it be abused.

EDIT: if you are talking about the number of monsters EPs spawning, you will notice that in solo you get a ghost and only 5 EPs spawn.
You would have to have 2 ppl in group + ghost to get 7 EPs... still there can not be any abuse.

EDIT2: if you are talking about Maps and not catacombs... then make it not work with Maps, it is only for Catacombs.

atm it would be a bad idea since the experience is based on the number of players meaning that the less players you are, the more exp you get. means you get less exp if you are in a 5 player game, than in a 4 player game with 1 afk

Never noticed it to be honest... I have in the past written down the exact amount of XP per monster while solo'ing, maybe I can test this out with one other some time... :D

On the flipside... this does help increase your profs when you are normally 1-3 hitting monsters in a wave... basically more actions per wave help, and from what you are saying, it will also help prof gain in the long run.

Thanks for the information... helpful indeed... have to test XP per monster solo vs me killing in a 2 man... and maybe a 3 man later on.
